How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, fulfil orders and provide after-sales support. To improve the website. To send occasional product updates only if you have asked for them; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Design files and order details are covered by our standard NDA and are never shown to other customers.
Sharing and transfers
We share information only with service providers needed to complete your order: freight forwarders, couriers, payment processors and testing laboratories. Data is stored on servers in China and may be processed by our team in China. By contacting us you consent to this transfer.
Your rights and contact
